As a company we understand that we must serve more than just the players directly in our marketplace– we must also serve humanity at large.
As such we hope to not only be a tech company, but help lead an AI tech movement. Individuals that do business with us help support a larger AI ecosystem that serves humanity.
Leading the Movement
10% Public Profit Share
We set aside 10% of all revenue generated from recurring market transactions to help fund organizations conducting research on the broader impact of AI in industry, democratically setting standards and policies for AI fair use, and disseminating funds to support programs in line with those policies.
We are the 99%
We do not believe that AI should be used to funnel billions of dollars in profits to a few. As such we cap salary compensation and strive to be 100% employee owned. That is, we seek to make sure that our platform can never be used to hoard profits into a small set of executives or shareholders.
Democratic Governance
We believe that the governance of AI should exist separately from the parties generating profits from it, and as such are committed to following the guidance of third party government and non-profit agencies specifically tasked with providing oversight for AI fair use policies.
Transparency
We believe that the public should be aware of how AI is being used and the broader impact it is having. As such, we are committed to ensuring transparency in showing what AIs are on our platform, including end-use information, performance metrics, revenue and broader impact statements.
De-monopolizing
We believe AI is not a game that should be owned by the first company to monopolize a market. We support de-monopolizing efforts, including reasonable copyright policies to shift AI ownership to the public domain over time.
Neutrality and Fairness
We believe the AI marketplace should be neutral, fair and accessible to the little guys. As such we assure openness in market competition, always selecting the highest performing model(s) when updating client contracts.

We do not allow AI on our platform to be used for military purposes.
